			<description>Behr and I did 7 miles on the single track at Palos. A bit trickier than normal in the snow, ice spikes on my running shoes were needed, but I was able to check out ALL of the orange, the blue and the green trails.. blue and green are definately sledable, there are some larger rocks in the middle of the trail at the bottom of a hill on the Blue trail.
